The top causes for slow websites, unresponsive websites, website connections errors and email delivery issues is an inadequate hosting and email server environment.
• Web Works of Kansas City, LLC will be not held liable or responsible for website errors, website crashes, website hacks, website malware, loss of website data, loss of website files, unresponsive website, slow website, lack of server resources, website downtime, email sending errors, email receiving errors, DNS errors and more.
• Web Works of Kansas City, LLC may be required to update WordPress software or web hosting environment software while performing tasks listed by and directed by the client.
• In many cases, a WordPress software that is very out-dated may lead to website errors, crashes, conflicts with other software, loss of files, loss of data, loss of files and more when updating to the current version. Web Works of Kansas City, LLC will fix any issues created by software updates and bill the client automatically for fixing software update issues.
• The client may sign up for Web Works of Kansas City, LLC monthly WordPress Hosting & Maintenance services at any time. In the event the client's website is not functioning properly at the time of signup for WordPress Hosting & Maintenance services, the website repair costs will be billed separately before starting the monthly WordPress Hosting & Maintenance service.
